1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by BDUSP Organization (https://host.bdusp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

BDUSP (Bangladesh Universal Service Provider) is a sole-operated digital service provider founded in 2026 and operated by Suyaib Islam.

2. Account & Security

Email Verification
After creating a new account, you must verify your email address before accessing the client area.
Lost Email Access
If you lose access to your registered email, you can update it through our automated email-change flow.
Password Reset
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset your password via a secure email link.
Password Change
Logged-in users can change their current password at any time from account settings.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Deposits & Balance

Adding funds to your BDUSP wallet is straightforward and near-instant.

Add Funds
Complete a payment and verify the Transaction ID (TRX ID) in the client area. Your balance is credited immediately upon verification.
TRX ID Mismatch
If the system shows "TRX ID Not Matched", contact support with proof of payment and our admin will manually credit your balance.
Non-Refundable Wallet Balance
Wallet balance added voluntarily (not tied to a service purchase) is non-refundable unless a service was not delivered.

4. Hosting & Automation

BDUSP Host is built around automation to give you the fastest possible experience.

Instant Activation
Once your wallet has sufficient balance and you place a hosting order, your service is activated within 1 minute automatically.
Auto Suspension
When a hosting service reaches its expiry date, it is automatically suspended. No manual intervention is required.
Easy Renewal
You can renew from: Menu → Services → Renew Hosting → Click Renew. Balance is deducted and the service is unsuspended instantly.
Data Preservation
All your website data, files, and databases remain untouched after renewal.

5. Renewal & Backup Policy

We provide a generous grace period and backup window after suspension.

Grace Period
You have 4–7 days after suspension to renew your hosting service and restore full access.
Backup Window
During the grace period, even if you choose not to renew, you can still download a backup of your data.
Permanent Deletion
Once your service status shows "Deleted", all data is permanently removed. Renewal and backup are no longer possible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BDUSP services for any of the following:

  • Hosting illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission
  • Violating any applicable local or international law
  • Attempting to compromise the security or stability of our servers
  • Reselling services without authorization

7. Refund Policy

We offer a fair, usage-based refund policy. Refunds are processed to your BDUSP wallet.

Within 3 Days
Full refund — no questions asked.
Within 15 Days
Partial refund — approximately 50% of the remaining service value.
After 15 Days
Prorated refund — calculated based on the unused portion of your service duration.
Non-Refundable
Domain registrations, setup fees (if any), and voluntarily added wallet balance are not refundable.
How to Request
Contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram to initiate a refund request. Include your username and order details.

8. Limitation of Liability

BDUSP Organization provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control (force majeure) are excluded from this guarantee. In cases of extended downtime caused by us, service credits may be issued at our discretion.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

BDUSP Organization reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced via the website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
